What To Expect

PANEL DISCUSSION - Local community leaders will discussion the truth about mental health challenges despite roles and titles of leadership. The goal of this panel is to humanize each participants experience, lending everyone an opportunity to honestly grieve and then choose to grow.

RESOURCE FAIR- The resource fair will allow participants the opportunity to connect with wellness resources. Theses resources will include mental health providers, advocates and writing resources.

GRACE +GRIT- The wellness work that men and women do looks different yet is similar. This segment will give men and women a lense into each others wellness world. We'll discuss characteristic to identify area of strength and of additional support.
